Allright, here’s the proper way to make a cotton candy lemon drop martini.  There’s many different flavors and combinations that can be created, but for the sake of argument, we’ll stick with lemon for the example.

First the master drink recipe:

2 oz vodka

1/2 oz triple sec

1/2 oz lemon juice (fresh is best)

1 plume lemon cotton candy (.25 oz)

Lemon zest twist

Pour the vodka, triple sec, and lemon juice over ice and shaker a couple times.  Strain and serve in a martini glass, garnish with lemon zest and serve alongside a lemon cotton candy plume. The plume can now be dunked in the drink where it will instantly dissolve and add the necessary teaspoon of sugar.
