Technical needs: Our machine has a 12 amp draw. We bring everything but venue needs to provide ONE dedicated outlet for our cotton candy machine to plug into. This means an outlet with NOTHING else plugged into it (ie. lighting, dj equipment, coffee machine, etc) We will bring 25 ft of extension cord. Any more than this will be provided by the venue.
Parking and load in: We require one parking space as close as possible to the venue as i have a lot of equipment to bring inside.
Payment: Payment will be due in full the date of the event, after the service is over. We accept cash, check, and credit card.
Outdoor events: Severely strong winds, excessive heat, and heavy precipitation can make outdoor service impossible or impractical. In such cases, payment will still be due in full, remitted immediately. There will be no refunds and no obligation on our part to reschedule outdoor events that cannot be done due to weather. Best practice is to have an alternate indoor venue available if possible.
Indoor Events: If you must cancel due to inclement weather or other force majeure, I will make a good faith effort to find a mutually agreeable make-up date, so long as notice is provided to me before i begin travelling to your venue. If the show can not be made up, payment will still be due in full, remitted immediately.
Cancellation: If you need to cancel for any reason more than 14 days before the event date,, 50% of the agreed fee shall be due immediately. If you cancel within 14 days of the event date, payment will be required in full, due immediately.
Recordings: You may take all the photos and videos you’d like!
Damage: The performance venue will be responsible for any damage caused by any person acting recklessly or irresponsibly.
